Established in Tai Chung Hsien in January 23 by the world leading producer of bench top and stationary power tools Rexon Industrial with a capital of US$ 2 million in research and development of communication products and processing of relative products.
1991:
Commencement of mass production of facsimile machine and transceivers.
1992:
Completed development of pager.
1993:
Conducted cash capital increase of US$1.67 million in July. Total share capital US$3.67 million.
1994:
Obtained ISO9002 certification in October.
1995:
Successful development of small transceiver.
1996:
Successful development of U/V dual frequency transceiver. Conducted cash capital increase of US$2.33 million in December. Total share capital US$6 million.
1997:
Signed contract with US MOTOROLA to produce and to be their agent for their transceiver products. Conducted cash capital increase of US$4 million. Total share capital US$10 million. Annual operating income reached US$9.33 million.
1998:
Diversify operation was developed in August and entered into external storage device and optical product area. Annual operating income broke through the US$16.67 million mark.
1999:
Conducted US$5.83 million in May. Total share capital US$15.83 million. Company headquarter was relocated to Chung Ho City, Taipei Hsien in June.
2002:
Rexon factory established in Qi Bao, Shanghai.
2004
